2015 shareholders' meeting solemnly convened

On February 8, 2015, Inner Mongolia Wuhu Pumping Co., Ltd. convened the 2015 shareholders (workers) Congress in the company meeting room, chairman Wang Yongjin presided over the meeting, 20 shareholders representatives, 24 workers representatives, four representatives attended the meeting, the main contents of the meeting are summarized as follows, please all departments, workshop recognition We must really implement the spirit of the conference and do a solid job in 2015.

1. general manager Jia Zhanjun made a summing up report of 2014 and a report on the operation objectives in 2015.

2. Chief Accountant Wang Changshun works on the Financial Finals and Profit Allocation Program for 2014 and the Financial Budget Report for 2015, the Extraction and Use Report of Operational Hospitality Fees for 2014.

3. Deputy General Manager He Leicheng's Notes on the Adjustment of Price, System and Agreement in Sales Work.

4. deputy general manager Peng Zhanyun made a report on the draft increase in wages and subsidies in 2015.

5. Deputy General Manager He Yinlu made a report on the implementation of the technical renovation project and the relocation of the factory.

6. deputy general manager, Bai Kun, made an analysis of the revision of the internal accounting method.

7. Gao Yuqin, the head of the trade union, made amendments to the collective contract.

The representatives of shareholders (workers) put forward the following proposals:

(1) improve the sales of new products and make arrangements for the production of new products.

(2) suggestions on strengthening online sales.

(3) individual job piece rates need to be refined, and the working environment needs further improvement.

(4) the production conditions of electric furnaces in foundry should be perfected, and the internal accounting system should be tried out.

(5) capital increase in 2015 should be linked to the business objectives of various workshops and departments in 2015. Every workshop and department should form an internal assessment mechanism.

After hearing the above reports, the delegates divided into two groups to discuss and consider the contents and issues of the report extensively and deeply. The board of directors, through summarizing and discussing the suggestions and opinions put forward in the deliberations, made further amendments and improvements to the relevant reports. The meeting voted to adopt the following reports:

1. passed the summing up of 2014 and the report of 2015.

2. Adopted the financial final accounts and profit distribution plan for 2014 and the financial budget for 2015. The report on the extraction and use of company business fees in 2014 was passed.

3. Adopted the 2015 Report on the Adjustment of Prices, Systems and Agreements in Sales Work

4. passed the report on the draft increase in wages and subsidies in 2015.

5. passed the report on the upgrading of manufacturing equipment and the relocation of factories.

6. passed the report on the revision of the internal accounting method.

7. passed the report on the renewal of the collective contract.

After the meeting and after the vote, Wang Yongjin, chairman of the board, delivered a speech.

At the meeting, the delegates actively participated in the deliberation and discussion of the reports submitted, and revised and improved the relevant reports. The meeting gave an objective and good evaluation of the company's work in 2014, planned and deployed the company's work in 2015, and voted through all the reports and documents submitted by the conference. I. work on 2015

In 2014, the macroeconomic downturn, social development into a new normal situation, we successfully implement the relocation of the factory, the total output value, sales revenue, profits, etc., relatively well achieved the desired objectives. In 2015, the target of return and profit has been clearly defined, and the wages and subsidies of employees have increased by 10%. Although there is no growth in the target of repayment and profit this year, there are still many difficulties in achieving this goal. As we all know, the downward trend of the current macro-economic still has not been significantly eased, more of the surrounding industrial and mining enterprises stop production and semi-stop production, the real estate industry shrinks, these conditions will affect the sales of our products. And in 2015, we will continue to implement unfinished projects in the upgrading and transformation of manufacturing equipment. For example, automatic spraying equipment, welded pipe machine, special voltage (1100V-10000V) motor test system, it can be said that the task in 2015 is arduous, all our managerial cadres and staff at all levels should calm down, do their own work well, be good at studying new situations, solve new problems, work together sincerely and overcome difficulties. We should strive to achieve the business objectives defined by the shareholders' representatives.

Two. About enterprise development

In recent years, the main economic indicators and employee income have been increasing steadily. In 2014, we successfully implemented the relocation of the factory area. Plant facilities, manufacturing equipment and working environment have been greatly improved. How to make good use of these resources in the new factory area, improve work efficiency, increase enterprise efficiency, and promote enterprise development is the task we are facing. First of all, each of our employees should cherish the facilities and equipment of the enterprise, maintain a good working environment, and strive for every post of the work site can be kept clean and sanitary every day. In our work, we must always adhere to the "thrift, efficiency and innovation". The purchasing department should always keep an eye on market changes and adjust the price of purchasing materials in time. In particular, we must strengthen the development and sale of new products and try to sell products online. We should make every effort to cooperate with listed companies at home and abroad by means of government investment invitation and other relevant channels, so as to make enterprises step into a healthy development track.

The iron and steel pass is new and sincere. We need to do a lot of things, we do not do a lot of things. Our work, products and services are still far from our customers' expectations. We must conscientiously sum up experience, sum up lessons, timely amend and improve our management, all our cadres and staff to work down-to-earth, conscientious work, unity and cooperation, diligent and enterprising, and strive to promote enterprise management, economic efficiency, employee income to a new level.
